Fair and solid out of conviction
At TUI Wolters you receive the rent payments before arrival of the guests. We only earn when we have actually let your holiday residence, not before. For this purpose we sign a written agreement with you which grants TUI Wolters the exclusive right to let your accommodation to holi-day guests – at a fair rental price.
obenPresentation of your accommodation
Your accommodation will be attractively presented on www.tui-ferienhaus.de and/or in one of our eight holiday home catalogues with the aid of photographs and a detailed description. Nowadays, over 30% of our customers book online. In the interned there is therefore no limitation with regard to pictures or text length; furthermore holiday objects can also be added to the net at short notice. Should you desire a larger and par-ticularly prominent portrayal of your accommodation in one of our catalogues, this is possible against a minor contribution towards the cost.
obenRental prices
We agree a fair rental price with you, which is paid to you without deduction already before arrival of the guests. If so desired, we can also offer you an advance payment in May on already concluded summer book-ings. In order to achieve a most continuous letting of your accommodation, you can offer your guests proven reductions such as early booking discounts or last-minute prices. We would be happy to advise you.
obenAvailability of your accommodation
Your residence must be at our disposal for letting up to 7 days before arrival. An occupation list is carried in our booking system and is binding.
We must be able to dispose of your accommodation throughout the high season. An own use outside this period is possible at any time following consultation with TUI Wolters.
Service and support
With us you are in good hands! Naturally, our professional marketing concept also includes, besides the pro-duction of catalogues and point-of-sale material, support of travel agencies and organisation of the holidays, a multilingual support team for our partners. And for you and your matters of concern 130 staff in our HQ and about 100 international representatives on location are at your beck and call.
So that you are always up-to-date, through your secret password at any time you can easily obtain informa-tion on the current booking situation of your accommodation via the internet at any time.
